Cardiology Insights provides educational assessment and secure access technology. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a physician.

If you select a participating practice and authorize sharing, that medical organization—not Cardiology Insights—receives your request and is responsible for patient follow-up.

Cardiology Insights helps participating cardiovascular organizations reach people who may have meaningful risk or symptoms but are not yet connected to appropriate cardiology care.

Participating-practice availability varies by geography, clinical need, insurance compatibility, and current capacity.

When no participating practice is available

Your assessment still belongs to you.

You may still review your educational result. No patient-access request will be created unless you deliberately choose an available practice and authorize sharing. You can use the result when speaking with your physician or another local cardiovascular provider.
