One cardiovascular assessment
Start with two basics. We’ll adapt from there.
Begin with your age and sex, then move directly into adaptive cardiovascular questions. Health history, risk factors, and optional cholesterol or blood-pressure numbers are asked later only when they can meaningfully refine the result or next step.

The adaptive assessment is already complete. This optional step appears only when a preventive-risk estimate could still affect a routine next step. If you know enough to calculate it, we ask only the few additional context items required by the current calculation. You can continue without these numbers.
