When you complete an assessment
Categories: age and demographic inputs used by the approved calculator, cardiovascular measurements and risk factors, symptoms, health history, answer sequence, assessment result, urgency, and recommended type of care.
Purposes: provide the educational assessment, apply emergency safety rules, determine eligibility and possible next steps, protect the service, and support quality and clinical governance.
Sharing: a neutral assessment is not sent to a medical practice unless you select an available practice and authorize sharing.
When you request patient access
Categories: name, mobile number, ZIP, email, verification status, insurance selection, preferred location, authorization, secure-completion activity, routing, task, scheduling, and outcome information.
Purposes: verify the request, match eligibility, route to the selected practice, enable authorized follow-up, prevent abuse, and measure operational performance.
Sharing: the selected participating organization receives the information authorized for patient access.
When you use the corporate website or support
Categories: professional contact, demonstration or support request, business introduction, account and security information.
Purposes: respond, provide support, operate accounts, protect the platform, and manage legitimate business relationships.
Retention and rights
Information is retained according to purpose, customer instructions, legal obligations, security, and approved internal schedules. Submit access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, or other requests through Your Privacy Rights.
Important limits
- Do not use this service for emergency care.
- Do not submit another adult’s assessment information without legal authority.
- Cardiology Insights does not sell personal information or share health-related information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Necessary session, security, verification, and browser-preference technologies are used to operate the service.
