No sale or cross-context behavioral advertising sharing

Cardiology Insights does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Assessment answers, symptoms, risk scores, clinical-support rankings, diagnoses, insurance information, verification data, and identifiable patient-access activity are not sent to Meta, Google, Bing, or another advertising platform for profile building or targeted advertising.

Advertising campaigns may use ordinary campaign and public-entry identifiers so Cardiology Insights can measure privacy-safe operational outcomes such as verified eligible requests, scheduling, kept appointments, capacity, and campaign performance. The platform does not place assessment answers or patient identifiers in advertising-platform events.

Global Privacy Control

No GPC signal was detected

Where legally required and technically applicable, Cardiology Insights treats a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out preference. The current service already operates under a no-sale and no-cross-context-sharing policy.

Necessary cookies and local storage

The service uses necessary session cookies and local browser storage for sign-in, security, CSRF protection, tenant context, release checks, and browser-alert preferences. These technologies are not used to create an advertising profile.

Limit sensitive information

Health-related assessment and patient-access information is limited to the purposes described in the Privacy Notice. To request an additional limitation, correction, deletion, or review, use the secure privacy-rights form.

Changes to this policy

Cardiology Insights must complete a documented review before adding a new tracking technology, advertising-platform event, analytics vendor, or use of sensitive information. If the platform begins selling or sharing personal information as defined by applicable law, this page and the required opt-out mechanism must be updated before that practice begins.
