Quick summary

California residents: This policy includes a California “notice at collection” and explains rights under the CCPA/CPRA to the extent those laws apply.

Notice at collection (California)

If you are a California resident, this section provides notice of what we collect and why, at or before the point of collection.

Categories of personal information we may collect

Purposes for collection and use

Sale/sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We do not retain personal information for longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

Information we collect

1) Information you provide

We collect information you submit through our forms, such as when you request a lab voucher or ask us to contact you.

2) Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may automatically collect basic technical information to operate the site and prevent abuse.

3) Cookies & local storage

Our tools may use browser storage (for example, sessionStorage) to carry your screening context between pages. This storage is used for functionality and does not, by itself, identify you.

How we use information

We do not use your information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share information

We may share information in the following limited situations:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have submitted to us. Contact us at leads@cardiology-insights.com.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights to the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies to our business and your information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to submit a request

We may need to verify your identity and request additional information (only as needed) to protect your account and prevent fraud. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If we ever engage in “sale” or “sharing” as defined by California law, we will treat valid browser-enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out preference where applicable.

Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT, our site does not respond to DNT signals. We do not currently allow third-party tracking for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
